BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Reservation closing: 30% payment due at the time of booking, via bank transfer/Bizum, the remainder to be confirmed with the client.
• Free cancellation with a minimum of one month's notice, or change of dates.
• €150 deposit, recoverable on the day of departure, after inspection of the property.
  
  

SCHEDULES

Check in: 17:00 h,
Check out: 12:00.

• Afternoon check-out is possible, if the house is available, with an additional fee of €80.
• Check-in after guests have left will be delayed until the house is ready, usually at 6:00 PM.

PETS

Pets are allowed upon request and with limits, with a supplement of €10 per night per pet.

Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the house.

Please pick up their droppings and prevent them from making holes in the lawn.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Sheets and towels included.

Tourist information about the area and a monthly agenda.

A crib and bed rail are available.

The garden is fully fenced.

Guests must return the house in the condition they found it, clean and in perfect condition.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, or if they prefer, they can pay an additional €75.

Garbage removal is always the responsibility of the guests.

In rural houses rented as a whole (not by room, according to Navarre tourism regulations), guests must bring everything necessary for their stay and personal hygiene, except towels and sheets, which are included.

Everything you find in our house upon arrival is provided courtesy of the house.

In all bathrooms, you will find hand soap. Toilet paper is provided upon arrival.

Dish soap and a couple of dishwasher tablets, as well as cleaning products.

For the barbecue, only charcoal will be used (at guests' expense). Grill and barbecue accessories are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen: Oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, Italian and cartridge coffee maker (small), electric juicer, blender, cutlery, plates, serving dishes, saucepans, paella pan, glasses, and cups. Glasses upon request.

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

If you wish to use the wood stove, a log basket costs €25 upon request.

Central heating and air conditioning are available.
